Project details, location and any drawings, specifications or files you send us

When you visit this website, we also collect usage information through Google Analytics that does not identify you by name, such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and your general location and device type.

To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations
To supply products and services, including installation, testing and servicing
To manage our business relationship with you, including invoicing and after-sales support
To understand how our website is used and improve it
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Who we may share it with

We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above, with:

Partners and subcontractors involved in your project, such as installation or protection relay calibration partners
Service providers who support our business, such as our website host, email provider and Google Analytics
Government authorities or regulators, where required by law

Some service providers, such as Google, may store data outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we rely on providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

4. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and to meet our business, accounting and legal record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

5. How we protect it

We take reasonable practical steps to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, change or disclosure. Access is limited to staff and partners who need it for their work.

This website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to count visits and understand how the site is used. These cookies do not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
