Product type-test certification
ASTA type certificates, issued by Intertek, a UKAS-accredited product certification body. Each certificate applies to the tested design and the ratings listed on it.

Product approval

Competent persons
Our team includes chargemen licensed by Suruhanjaya Tenaga: one A1 chargeman and two A4 chargemen.
Quality at every stage
Because fabrication, assembly and testing happen in our own factory, we check the work at each stage rather than only at the end. You are welcome to witness the factory acceptance test or visit the factory while your board is being built.
- Design and drawings. We review your single-line diagram and specification, then issue general arrangement and wiring drawings for approval.
- Sheet metal fabrication. Enclosures are laser-cut, sheared and bent in-house, so we control dimensions and lead time.
- Powder coating. Enclosures are powder coated in our own spray booth for a durable, even finish.
- Assembly and wiring. Busbars, breakers, metering and control wiring are assembled to the approved drawings.
- Testing and inspection. Boards are inspected and tested before they leave the factory, then commissioned on site.
