You need a board that meets your specification on paper and on site. We build from your single-line diagram and show you the design before fabrication starts.
- Drawings for your approvalGeneral arrangement and wiring drawings are issued from your SLD and specification before any metal is cut.
- Type-tested designs to 4000AASTA type certificates for 2000A, 3200A and 4000A assemblies to IEC 61439-2. Ask us which design fits your board.
- Witness the factory testAttend the factory acceptance test, or visit our Silibin factory to see your board being built.

For main contractors and M&E subcontractors
You need boards delivered on time and a supplier who stays involved until energisation. Our factory in Ipoh and our site team keep your programme moving, on jobs of any size.

Our engineers, fabricators and wiremen work under one roof, from sheet metal to final test, which keeps quality consistent and programmes on time.
How your switchboard is built
Each stage happens in our factory in Silibin, Ipoh, so we control quality, cost and lead time from first drawing to final test.

Design and drawings
We review your single-line diagram and specification, then issue general arrangement and wiring drawings for approval.

Sheet metal fabrication
Enclosures are laser-cut, sheared and bent in-house, so we control dimensions and lead time.

Powder coating
Enclosures are powder coated in our own spray booth for a durable, even finish.

Assembly and wiring
Busbars, breakers, metering and control wiring are assembled to the approved drawings.

Testing and inspection
Boards are inspected and tested before they leave the factory, then commissioned on site.
